This Position

You will be assisting in helping the Despatch team run smoothly and working on internal databases. Some of your responsibilities will be as below;

–        You will be responsible for producing load specific reports for customers

–        Communicate effectively across all departments internally and with external suppliers or customers as needed

–        Assist the Despatch team with paperwork

–        Be able to multitask within this role as the workload will be varied

The Candidate

You will need to be a self-motivated individual who may need to work on your own at times. You will be predominantly based in the office but may need to, at times, go into other parts of the factory to assist Despatch.
