Graduate Marketing Data Analyst

The Role


We are currently looking to recruit a Graduate Marketing Data Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity to join the Company as a graduate and to access the University of Lincoln management graduate scheme.


The successful candidate will work closely with and provide support to the Category Manager and the commercial team helping to provide and analyse marketing data.


With help and support from the Category Manager you will be responsible for the providing accurate market data, analysis, modeling and transforming of complex consumer and sales data into actionable insights, etc.


This is a new graduate role and offers excellent opportunities to start and then to develop your career.



The person we are looking for


As a Graduate Marketing Data Analyst it is essential that you are highly numerate and analytical as this role is mainly about developing and maintaining marketing data, identifying trends, assisting the commercial team to act upon these trends, etc.  You must also be a good communicator, be able to work under pressure, be a good team player, have excellent attention to detail and be confident and enthusiastic.


You must be educated to degree level (2:1 or above) and must hold a marketing or business degree.  You must also have excellent skills In Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.


You must be prepared to develop yourself via the University of Lincoln management graduate scheme over a 12 to 18 month period, attending workshops, being prepared to work and learn sometimes in your own time, spending short secondments in other departments within the Company, etc.
