This role will lead a small team focused on our largest most strategic customer across several categories and ensuring we secure both sales success as well as delivering fully as category leaders, influencing ranging, merchandising and sales plans to underpin our NPD activity in our biggest areas. In addition, the role is to champion fully our relationship within the customer and ensure Freshtime understand the customer strategy and we fulfill our role in meeting all their ambitions including: value chain, environmental and ethical policies.
Build strong cross functional relationships within the customer and ensure Freshtime meets wider customer value targets.
Working closely with the full team to achieve; cost effective innovation, strong promotional planning and excellent service levels, driving availability, optimise store ranging whilst controlling waste. In addition, keep abreast of new product trends and through category management, marketing and sales planning.
The role will be to identify and secure all possible profitable opportunities with targeted New & existing customer accounts and grow them to their full potential.

· Must have retailer credibility within the designated account
· Computer literate, able to support own administration via relevant IT systems
· Strong commercial and negotiating skills
· Self-managing, the ideal candidate will challenge upwards to continuously improve the business and will not wait to be directed
