Trish Walden has been promoted to Site Training Officer and Kim McNulty has joined Freshtime as HR Assistant.
Trish from Boston has worked for Freshtime for the last 15 years, starting out in produce preparation before becoming a line leader and then working in quality assurance.
“I have always enjoyed the challenges a new role at Freshtime provides, but becoming site training officer means I’ll be able to support those just starting out in the company and provide guidance to existing staff wishing to progress like I did,” said Trish.
Kim McNulty has taken up the role of HR assistant, having previously worked in human resources for South Holland District Council. Most recently Kim worked for Future Prospects recruitment consultancy in Newark.
Kim said: “I can’t wait to get to know the team here at Freshtime, especially those working in the factory. I’d like to promote the support available to employees and look forward to assisting them in any way I can.”
Freshtime’s Managing Director Mark Newton said: “This year we’ve been steadily building and developing a strong team to take us through the next phase of growth as a business. I’m delighted to welcome Kim and congratulate Trish on her promotion.”
