Who are Freshtime?

This Position

To ensure the NPD manager is fully briefed on your development area and deputise for them as necessary, also identify opportunities in line with market trends and present to customers with supporting rational.


  • Build strong relationships with both your internal and external customers by understanding their needs and delivering to these.

  • Present facts & figures clearly and accurately to customers

  • Have good awareness of food trends and be able to use the information in your developments. Have a general awareness of comparative products from all major retailers and coffee shops.

  • Plan and organise time to deliver concepts to an agreed quality and timescale.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate must have experience in a similar role within the food industry. Also have relevant food qualifications with a real passion for food and health. Be self motivating, enthusiastic and show a can do approach. Also you must have good presentation, influencing and communication skills and also be computer literate.
